Shipping policy

Items will be shipped out within 3 to 10 days (excluding pre-orders).

Delivery time of physical items depend on domestic or international shipping destination. Beware of the fact that recently delivery times have gone up significantly, and arrival may take longer than with earlier orders.

We're shipping worldwide via NL Postal Services. Registered shipping only. 

!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR USA CUSTOMERS:
Non-audio media are currently subject to USA import tariffs that have to be paid beforehand, but in NL there is no 100% solution for that yet. Therefore we have stopped, since late August, shipping t-shirts, posters and the like to the US for now - vinyl and cd's are still ok to send out though, as these are exempt. Any non-media orders will be canceled and payments refunded. We're sorry for the inconvenience this causes and hope this is sorted asap. 

Boogie Angst cannot be held accountable for items gone missing, delays in delivery time, etc., but we'll do our best to help out if necessary of course.
